Industrial Control Systems
Let us design and construct your control solutions for machinery control and operation.
Structures can be printed up to 12.6" * 5.2" * 6" in dimension. Larger structures can be fabricated by interlinking or interlocking. Print material is a composite of Nylon and Carbon Fiber Chop. The material has a heat deflection temperature of 293 degrees Fahrenheit. Components made in this fashion can often be used in place of steel where heat and structure loading is minimal. Crush and break strength is high. Pictured is a mounting bracket for a photo-electric sensor. After design cost, components made in this fashion can be more cost effective than its steel counter part. Contact us today with your potential application.
Bibles Machining has grown from component fabrication and modification in 2001 to offering custom machine design services utilizing accepted industry design tools like Solid Works, Mastercam, and AutoCAD. Custom design machinery can be built from ground up using HMI interfaces, PLCs, vision inspection cameras, and other electronic sensors and safety devices. Most often our machines can be built using the customers preferred component manufacturer such as Keyence, Omron, AB, Mitsubishi, Automation Direct, Bosh and many others. We strive to assure customer satisfaction from concept to completion to setup and training. Contact us today to discuss your next project.
